What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?
Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers.

ISIC will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.
What information we collect
Promotions that run on our site may be sponsored by companies other than ISIC, or may be co-sponsored. Some or all data collected during a promotion (including personal information) may be shared with the co-sponsor(s). When you visit the ISIC website, we may collect and store information about your visit on an anonymous, aggregate basis. When you make a purchase with ISIC and provide information (including personal information) about yourself, we use this information to complete your purchase and card and to provide you with promotional information. Email subscription opt in and opt out
If you subscribe to our newsletter, the frequency of our emails is once a month on average. Occasionally you will receive more than one per month when there is a late-breaking deal.

ISIC card information
The information submitted to us is confidential. We do not sell it to anyone. We will only use the information that you supply for the purpose of verifying your cardholder status. Information and discounts are correct at time of printing and are subject to change without notice.
